Safety in Mexico
CETLALIC
knows that many students are concerned about their safety given recent
US travel advisories for our country. As part of student orientation,
CETLALIC has always offered cultural tips as well as safety advice for
students. Students have commented that being safe in Mexico means
taking the same precautions that one would take in any large city,
anywhere in the world. Although drug-related violence has
unfortunately increased in many states in Mexico, CETLALIC staff,
families and students feeling safe taking basic safety measures. Watch
